Once I started working I'd wish that I didn't have to drive all the way to work for fear of getting stuck or spinning out of control. But it was still magical making the first tire tracks in the snow as I'd leave my house in the morning.
The kit I put together captures all the fun of a snow day .. from downhill sledding, to a quiet walk in the winter woods.
So bundle up.. put on your hat and gloves, and enjoy the magic!
Here's a peek at the kit...
I invited a few special friends to play along!
Cathy Weber - an original member of "The 12 Kit's of Occasions" and the one who invited me to the group years ago has agreed to break her hiatus from paper crafting and join us this time!
Richard Breaks - I think he's absolutely fearless! Never afraid to alter and ink while I'm playing it safe! Richard's been my guest since my very first kit and I am so happy he keeps coming back for more!
And because we know the kit is more fun when YOU can play along too ... our lucky guest drawn from the comments on last month's post...
Here's one of the cards I made with the kit!
Hostess - Jeanne Jachna
Here's a sample of projects from the The 12 Kits Designers. To see more of what they made with the kit and to get all the details click on their names to jump to their blogs!
"Snow" much fun, everyone! I enjoyed each one of these happy, snowy cards!
ReplyDeleteFab kit and the designs made with them are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteSo many wonderfully creative cards. It looks like this kit was snow much fun to play with.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, Jeanne, I can so relate to your childhood as I was raised in cold, crisp and snowy Northern MN. We rarely got snow days even when in the minus 30s plus windchill. We’d walk backwards to keep the wind from our face. Anyway, I love what everyone did with your wintry kit!
