Hello! We are so happy to have you join us for our first kit of 2017! As most of you know, these kits are just a fun way for 12 friends to craft "together" and inspire each other...and hopefully you, too! :) And because we are friends, we understand that life changes. Our dear friend, Joyce, has decided it is time to step down. We love her! And miss her more than you know. We're guessing you know where this is headed...we have a new friend joining the 12 Kits team! We are delighted to announce that Birgit Norton from Crafting While I Wait is our new 12 Kits Designer. We already love her lots and know that you will, too! We also have a bit more good news to announce...

Okay, now on to our January kit! I (Lindsey) am this month's hostess. My kit started out with a color scheme, one that I love and makes me happy...and actually this kit is full of things that I love and make me happy. :) With the fresh start of a new year still in mind and knowing that Valentine's is around the corner, I built a kit that embodies those two things--freshness and love--at least the way I view them. ;)

We're extremely lucky to have two guest designers joining us this month. The first is Kathy McCloskey from Bdlakebum Stamps. She was the winner of my kit, and she is absolutely wonderful! I'm thrilled to have her join us. Just look at her fabulous card!

ReplyDeleteNot only was it a blast to create with a kit like Lindsey's (and all the rest, too, I'm sure), but I'm excited to see what others created. These ladies are truly an inspiration. Fun having Leigh participate also. Yes, I will really miss Joyce but so happy for Birgit. I love her style, too. Thanks, Lindsey, for sharing your supply list as curiosity had been wondering. One never knows when a gal needs to shop for more supplies. 😊
